Every AYOKA product is chosen with a pharmacist's care. Still, every baby's skin is its own, and you shouldn't have to gamble to find out what suits yours.

So here's our promise. Use your Calm Start Bundle for up to 30 days from first use. If it doesn't agree with your baby's skin, or it simply isn't right for your family, email hello@ayokababycare.com with your order number. We'll refund you in full.

• No returns needed. Opened products stay with you. We won't ask you to post anything back.
• No forms or hoops. A short email is all it takes.
• Keep your guides. The Ingredient Cheat Sheet and Skin Trigger Tracker are yours to keep.
• A pharmacist on your side. If your baby's skin reacted, let us know what happened. Lorina will personally reply to help you work out what might suit them better.

If your baby's skin reacts to any product, stop using it. If the reaction is spreading, or your baby seems unwell, please see your GP or pharmacist.

One refund per household. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
