At Ayoka Baby Care, we take great care in preparing and packing your order. Please review our shipping policy below before completing your purchase.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or product launches.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

AYOKA Baby Care is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of delivery delays.

International Shipping 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not liable for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Ayoka Baby Care is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting lfakeye1@gmail.com and providing:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, products may ship separately depending on availability.
